  1. When can I expect a response to my query/order? We strive to respond by email to queries and orders within 24 hours. We guarantee to respond to all queries.
  2. How long will it take before I receive my order? If all the required information as been submitted by you when ordering and payment has been made, you should receive your order within 7-14 days of us receiving your payment. However, it also depends on the mode of transportations you choose. Usually if sent by sea freight, it will take at lest 5 weeks to reach the destinations. At each stage of the order/shipping process, the timely submission of complete and accurate information will expedite the prompt delivery of the product.
  3. How can I track my order after it has been shipped from the warehouse? After you place your order, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your order and provide you with an order number, which allows you to check on your order status via our shipping partners websites - links will be provided to you.
  4. How does order tracking work? We will email you with an airway bill number depending on which option you use to ship your products (TNT or EMS). It normally takes 3-7 days to ship the products by courier (TNT) and EMS by Thailand Post. Transit times from Thailand vary according to destination. We will provide you with a reference number and you can check your parcel via the TNT and EMS websites. Customs clearance will also vary greatly by port of entry, but 2-5 days is standard.
  5. Do I need to pay taxes and tariffs? Our quoted prices are Thailand ex-factory prices and do not include any duty/or import tariffs that may be imposed by other countries. You may need to pay your own country's tariff or duties (which vary according to country and product type). For those items we supply, many are duty-free and the average duty rates are low.
  6. Do you accept credit cards? No we do not accept credit card. Please contact info@naturalshop.com for other alternatives.
  7. Will my personal information be seen by or sold to other parties? No. The personal information you supply will be kept strictly confidential and be used only to process your order. We will not sell/share/distribute your information to any third parties.
  8. How can I find more details on the products? Our website has complete product descriptions and information. Simply click the thumbnail image of the product and the details of the products will be displayed. If you need additional information, please feel free to contact us at info@naturalshop.com.
  9. What is your return policy? If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product and would like to return it, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product. All damaged and/or unsatisfactory items should be returned to us in full. You will be responsible for shipping and other handling charges, as well as taxes and tariffs from your side. Email us at info@naturalshop.com and explain the problem and we will be in touch at the earliest opportunity.
  10. Can I modify or change my order? If, for any reason, you would like to change or cancel an order already submitted, please notify us by email as soon as possible at info@naturalshop.com. However, if the order has been shipped from our warehouse you will not be able to change or cancel the order.
